unreplenished minibar limited channels
I was surprised to find the minibar was not replenished daily. I expected more from a hotel of this caliber. the in-room entertainment system had limited options. I think there were only a few channels available and the selection of on-demand movies was rather poor.

lukewarm dishes slow in-room dining
My stay began well. a few issues arose. The in-room dining was slow. Dishes arrived lukewarm. Communication about delays could have been better. A quick call would have sufficed. Overall it detracted from the experience.

modern room spacious shower attentive service
The room was modern. It had a spacious shower. The bar was lovely, and the food was REALLY good. Staff members were friendly and helpful, i appreciated their attentive service.
My canopy in the room did not work, a disappointment. The air conditioning was not as powerful as in other rooms i have experienced. I noticed some maintenance issues.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A restaurant is available, and i saw there is also a cozy lounge bar, both offering a range of dining and relaxation options.

I noticed the reception operates 24 hours. The staff provided quick assistance with luggage storage. Room service is available. It was amazing!!!

fantastic accommodation
friendly staff amazing experience lovely bar
The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had an amazing experience! i would definitely go back, the lobby decor had a high standard look to it. the bar area was indeed lovely, and the drinks tasted really good.
The price i paid was a bit much! cheaper hotels have bigger rooms. That's a minor issue though.

my room had very comfortable bedding, it made getting good rest easy. the room also featured decent facilities, a plus for any traveler. room service was always quick and friendly, which i really liked.
